Arrowtooth flounder is a fish in the family Pleuronectidae, the right-eyed flounders. This flatfish has white flesh and a mild flavor.

Pacific Ocean Perch

Pacific Ocean Perch (Sebastes Alutus)
This fish is bright red in color, with olive stippling on both sides. It reaches a length of up to 50 cm and weighs about 2 to 3 pounds. It is a lean fish with white, flaky flesh and a mild flavoring.

Yellowmouth Rockfish

Yellowmouth Rockfish (Sebastes Reedi)
The Yellowmouth Rockfish grows up to 58 cm. Their meat is uniform to that of the rockfish species: white, moist, and slightly flaky with a mild flavor.

Yellowtail Rockfish

Yellowtail Rockfish (Sebastes Flavidus)
Commonly known as "greenies", this colorful fish is eye-catching in any display: forest green on its back, fading into lighter shades towards the belly, trailed by flecks of yellow at the base of the tail fin. They can grow to 71 cm and their meat is similar to that of all rockfish: lean, white, and moist, with a mild flavor.

Widow Rockfish

Widow Rockfish (Sebastes Entomelas)
The Widow Rockfish is one of the most prominent species of rockfish on the Pacific Coast. They are slightly softer than most rockfish, but when in fillet form, are virtually indistinguishable from other rockfish. They grow to lengths of 59 cm.

Sablefish

Sablefish (Anoplopoma Fimbria)
Also known as the "butterfish" due to its melt-in-your-mouth meat, the Sablefish is one of the most important and abundant fish species off the northern British Columbia coast. Sablefish meat has a high-fat content, giving it a soft, velvety texture and an exceptionally rich, yet somewhat mild flavor. The typical catch size is about 60 cm and weighs 10 pounds.
